Apparently that is a movie title???....I am getting really exasperated by these never ending shitty releases they call movies....is it because people are running out of ideas?
I am stuck to rewinding the classics o0f the 90s because am so tired of waiting for a good movie...for someone to sit down and actually write and produce a good movie....the Tarantino likes,Woody Allen,Roman Polanski type of movies... Movies that make you go wow!!
Now we are bogged down by silly,half baked, spoon-shallow content, low budget movies with bad acting to boot..I mean surely what the hec is going on???
Even my once favourite actors are now starring in stupid movies..surely Cuba Gooding Jr,what was with Hit List?...Lets not forget,Jason Statham with Blitz after i had so much syke to watch it and i was left with a blank look on my face...a WTF blank look......and don't get me started with Nicholas cage and sijui Drive Angry..ah ah....and what was Jessica Alba doing in that very very very bad migraine inducing movie called Machete...???..I mean really. After watching her in Killer Inside Me...and then i watched Machete i was like am really getting tired of this nonsense. Given, i have never sat behind a camera and directed a movie,but it is not rocket science to see through a very bad movie....
Its like everything is so commercialized and no one is concerned about good acting..solid plots and good effects,good scores like Hans Zimmer kind of powerful scores....
..and now 3D is here....God help us all!!
I mean what the fuck is with this whole 3D crap???...First you have to wear those fugly ass 3D glasses and have some weird experience throughout the movie that is supposed to be amazing??? and then get overcharged for it..and they do not compensate for messing up with your vision....which takes like sijui a few minutes to go back to normal...Please please this 3D business has to stop....its very annoying and the fact that you have to pay extra for the "amazing" (sic) experience is even annoying...arghhhh....
So then what happens now,if the movies being released nowadays half are crap.....now we are obsessed with remakes!!!.....BUT i have to give kudos to the Rise of The Planet Of The Apes..now that is a remake that more than impressed. I mean Rupert Wyatt did a great job. He took his time to put that movie together...a masterpiece and lets not forget Andy Serkis who plays as the lead Ape Caesar...simply brilliant.I cannot say enough good things about this movie. To be honest it is my Best 2011 Movie. After talking about this remake i would rather not mention the rather horrible remakes like Conan The Barbarian which flopped even before it started.....uwii what the hell was that..I mean that shit should have been left alone in the archives.....
And while we are still on movies..whats with the obsession with the Devil,Exorcism and Vampires as themes for movies nowadays..sijui I saw The Devil,sijui The Lesbian Vampires..I don't know Exorcisum...whatever ..Good Lawd am so sick and tired of these rubbish and given that am a movie junkie and suffering some serious withdrawal symptoms.....!!!..am really fucked....
TV is full of enough drivel as it is. Clogged with all those Latina soaps,Philippine soaps and then lets not forget afrocinema...crap!! am so tired......and now that Hollywood is too lazy to come up with good movies am stuck to Series and rewinding the good old movies.....
Speaking of which i watched Men of Honor yesterday on board......needless to say i had to hide my very red eyes which was as a result of too much crying from all the overwhelming emotions i was feeling while watching Cuba Gooding Jr.....
..........then i remembered the two last movies he has done and I got pissed off.......I don't understand!!
